Meet Kelley….
Through my own personal exploration of holistic wellness and artistic expression, my professional offerings were born. I have almost 15 years of experience in digital and 35mm film photography, photo editing, natural makeup, and holistic wellness blogging. In 2018, I discovered the transformative powers of sound healing meditation and flower essence remedies. The healing impact it brought to my life inspired me to complete my certifications and begin offering sound healing to others a few years later. I currently offer private sessions for individuals and small groups, as well as monthly classes within the community, and PRN work for a local hospital.

The effectiveness of both sound healing and flower essence therapy can be understood through the belief that everything in our universe carries a unique vibrational frequency, including us as humans. Our individual frequencies oscillate depending on our inner and exterior environments. We are energetically synchronized through the vibrations and frequencies we choose to align ourselves with. Think of these healing vibrations and invisible massage hands that can help to gently work out any stuck or stagnant energies.

Flower Essence Remedies are a gentle yet powerful homeopathic approach to emotional healing and reprogramming. You can think of a Flower Essence as an energetic imprint of a specific plant or flower’s innate wisdom and intelligence. Plant medicines have been used since the beginning of time for both physiological as well as emotional healing. I offer both custom Flower Essence Remedies, as well as live workshops that teach you how to create your own remedies.
