New Year’s Eve Sound Bath & Intention Setting
Welcome in the New Year with Kelley at The Innerwork Center during a transformational and restorative evening of sound meditation, intention setting and energy clearing. During this special 2-hour event, Kelley will incorporate a mindful selection of Flower Essence Remedies and ceremonial herbs to help refresh and restore the mind and body. We will begin with a smudging and intention-setting ritual, followed by an hour of sound meditation, and end with a dose of Flower Essence Remedies that can be added to your water bottle, and or received via an energy clearing mist.
Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to start time to ensure you have plenty of time to get settled. Wear your cozy clothes, bring a water bottle, eye mask, and any other items to make your session as comfortable as possible.

Sound Bath + Tea Ceremony at Boketto Wellness
Melt into your mat during an hour of restorative, candlelit sound healing, followed by a silent tea ceremony designed to nourish the body, quiet the mind, and replenish vital energy. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, winter is the season of deep yin, governed by the Water element and the Kidneys — a time to slow down, turn inward, and conserve Jing (essence). Like water itself, this season invites stillness, depth, and quiet strength rather than outward effort. This is not a time for doing, but for resting, listening, and restoring. Sound meditation and warming, grounding tea act as ancient winter allies, supporting the nervous system, strengthening Kidney and Water energy, and creating the conditions for profound rest, resilience, and renewal.
Bring a yoga mat, wear your cozy clothes, and please aim to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to start time to get settled.

Sound Bath + Tea Ceremony at Boketto Wellness
Sink into deep rest with a candlelit hour of restorative sound healing, followed by a silent tea ceremony to support replenishment and inner quiet. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, February remains part of the winter season, governed by the Kidneys and the Water element. This is the final phase of deep yin — a time to protect vital essence, strengthen will (Zhi), and rest deeply before the rising energy of spring. Though days may begin to lengthen, the body is still called to conserve, warm, and nourish from within. Sound meditation and grounding, warming tea offer ancient winter medicine, calming the nervous system, anchoring the spirit, and gently preparing the body for renewal without forcing movement or output.
Bring a yoga mat, wear your cozy clothes, and please aim to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to start time to get settled.
