Join Kelley on Sunday, February 23rd from 4-6pm for a ‘Make Your Own’ Flower Essence Workshop!

Flower Essence Remedies are a gentle, homeopathic approach to emotional healing. These subtle yet impactful remedies work by helping us to reprogram emotional response patterns so our true nature can be restored. The most effective way to use flower remedies is to create a custom blend, which is designed to be taken daily for 4-6 weeks. In this workshop, participants will work with a certified practitioner to find the best remedies for their current emotional needs. 

This 2-hour workshop will cover:

• An introduction to the 38 individual remedies

• How to create a custom formula for yourself

• Dosing methods and instructions

• Understanding the timeline of healing and repatterning

Each participant will take home a 1oz apothecary bottle of their custom remedy, lasting 4-8 weeks when taken 2-4x daily. You’ll also receive a digital copy of all the materials covered in the workshop.

Cosmic Sound Workshop at The Innerwork Center

Join Kelley Farlow of Frequency Field Guide, and Christina Lyon of Lua Astrology on Thursday, February 27th from 6:30-8:30pm for a transformative evening of astrology and sound healing meditation.

Aligning with Pisces Season: Pisces is the last sign in the zodiac. This intuitive water sign is associated with deep emotional intelligence, creativity, and a strong connection to the dream realm.

We will begin with an intention setting and smudging ritual to welcome in new perspectives and a grounded spirit.

Kelley will then guide a 45-minute sound meditation, using therapeutic-grade crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, planetary trigons, chimes and more. Guests will transition from the sound meditation into the astrology portion of the evening. Christina will then begin our discussion of the upcoming planetary transits and energy forecasts of Pisces Season.
