6:00 - 7:30pm

Sound Bath + Tea Ceremony at Boketto Wellness

This class was originally planned for 2/1 but due to inclement weather, it has been moved to 2/15!

Drift into deep rest with a candlelit hour of restorative sound healing, followed by a silent tea ceremony to support replenishment and inner quiet. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, February remains part of the winter season, governed by the Kidneys and the Water element. This is the final phase of deep yin — a time to protect vital essence, strengthen will (Zhi), and rest deeply before the rising energy of spring. Though days may begin to lengthen, the body is still called to conserve, warm, and nourish from within. Sound meditation and grounding, warming tea offer ancient winter medicine, calming the nervous system, anchoring the spirit, and gently preparing the body for renewal without forcing movement or output.

Bring a yoga mat, wear your cozy clothes, and please aim to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to start time to get settled.

6:00 - 7:30pm

Sound Bath + Tea Ceremony at Boketto Wellness

Melt into your mat during a candlelit hour of restorative sound healing, followed by a silent tea ceremony to soothe the nervous system and awaken gentle renewal. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, early March marks the transition from winter’s deep yin into the emerging yang of spring. While the Kidneys have been resting and storing through winter, the Liver and Wood element now begin to stir, inviting movement, flow, and vision — but only at a slow, measured pace. This is a liminal time: still rooted in rest, yet quietly preparing for growth. Sound meditation and nourishing tea support this seasonal shift, easing tension, promoting smooth energy flow, and creating space for intention, clarity, and soft re-emergence.

Bring a yoga mat, wear your cozy clothes, and please aim to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to start time to get settled.
