Salted Honey Walnut Butter Recipe
This walnut butter is so incredibly dreamy. Subtly salty with a hint of sweetness from the organic raw honey, and the vanilla extract really brings it together. This blend of healthy fats, natural sugars, and trace minerals creates a deeply nourishing food that supports stable energy, satiety, and overall vitality—while also being incredibly satisfying. It’s so easy to make and tastes a billion times better than anything you’ll find at the store.
INGREDIENTS:
1lb of Organic Raw Unsalted Walnuts — I love Northwest Wild Foods and Nuts.com for my bulk organic nuts and seeds
Fleur de Sel — Vera Salt is my favorite ecause it’s third-party tested and free from microplastics unlike most sea salts available, use code KELLEY for 15% off
1-2Tbsp of Organic Raw Honey, Lineage Provisions is my go-to because it tastes amazing and is glyphosate free! Use code KELLEY for 15% off
Splash of Organic Vanilla Extract
DIRECTIONS:
First, start by soaking 1lb of organic, raw, unsalted walnuts for 8-12 hours. Rinse, then strain.
Next, transfer the soaked and strained walnuts to a lined baking sheet, at bake at 300°F for 30-40mins, or until golden brown and crunchy.
Depending on your oven, you may need to bake them longer… the goal is to get all of the moisture out of the nuts so your butter won’t grow mold after just a few days
Once your walnuts are a deep golden brown and crunchy, let them cool
Add cooled walnuts to a large glass or stainless steel bowl
Add a generous pinch of fleur de sel
Add 1-2 tablespoons of organic raw honey, depending on how sweet you like things
My favorite is the one from Lineage Provisions, it’s 100% free from glyphosate and other contaminates and so so delicious. Use code KELLEY for 15% off
Add a splash of organic vanilla extract
Use an immersion blender or food processor to slowly and gently blend the mixture into a cookie-dough-like texture
Transfer finished butter into a clean glass jar, store in fridge, enjoy within 1 week for optimal freshness

I love adding a tablespoon or two to my steel-cut oats bowls, pairing it with medjool dates. spreading over warm sourdough toast, or even just enjoying a spoonful straight from the jar.
